<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
In order to image properly, the head requires the SCLK and IMAGING signals from
the MPE. These signals are in the DB9 connector (LC-BP cable) between the MPE
backplane and the head. If these signals are not detected during a plot, this
error will be generated.

A hotlink fault can also cause this problem. If replacing the LC-BP cable doesn't
clear the fault, then there may be a faulty hotlink connection.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If replacing the cables doesn't solve the problem, then there is most likely a
connection fault with the cabling inside the top cover of the head.
